These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and jeetbzzh (hereinafter "the Platform", "jeetbzzh", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the jeetbzzh website, mobile interface, casino games, sports betting products, promotions, and associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the jeetbzzh platform — whether by completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, browsing the game lobby, or placing any wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply in conjunction with the jeetbzzh Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules (such as individual game rules or sportsbook rules) published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a product-specific rule, these Terms shall prevail unless the product-specific rule expressly states otherwise.

jeetbzzh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time and without prior notice, where operationally necessary or required by applicable law. In circumstances where advance notice is reasonably practicable, jeetbzzh will endeavour to notify affected Players via the registered email address on their account.

The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. jeetbzzh makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the platform but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance windows, where planned in advance, will be communicated to Players wherever possible.

The jeetbzzh platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any gambling activity on jeetbzzh. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible throughout the life of your account.

Age Verification

jeetbzzh operates a mandatory age verification process. Before any withdrawal request is approved, the Platform will require you to submit satisfactory proof of age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised authority. jeetbzzh reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.

Where jeetbzzh has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player may be under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any funds deposited by an underage Player will be returned to the original payment source, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or on behalf of any third party when registering or operating an account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of jeetbzzh or any of its affiliated technology or content providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently in effect on jeetbzzh or any affiliated platform.

To access the full range of jeetbzzh Services, including the ability to deposit funds, place wagers, and withdraw winnings, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual person may hold only one account on jeetbzzh at any given time. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods used — is strictly prohibited.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. It is your responsibility to keep this information current. If any of your registered details change, you must update them promptly by contacting jeetbzzh customer support via the Live Chat function or by emailing support@jeetbzzh.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and entitles jeetbzzh to suspend or permanently close your account. In such cases, jeetbzzh reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation and, where fraud is established, to forfeit balances in line with applicable law.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. jeetbzzh strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available from your account security settings.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not access jeetbzzh from shared, public, or untrusted devices without logging out fully after each session.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact jeetbzzh support immediately via Live Chat.
• jeetbzzh will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or telephone.

jeetbzzh accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain appropriate account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared or inadequately protected your credentials.

Accepted Payment Methods

jeetbzzh accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jeetbzzh does not charge Players a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals via these methods; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jeetbzzh bears no responsibility.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time under normal operating conditions.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jeetbzzh reserves the right to return a deposit and request alternative payment documentation if there is any suspicion of third-party funding or fraudulent activity.
• Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gambling activity on jeetbzzh and may not be used to facilitate money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• A fully verified account (identity and age confirmed) is required before any withdrawal is approved.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes under normal conditions. Withdrawals pending verification or compliance review may take longer.
• jeetbzzh reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, which may require submission of additional documentation.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 of these Terms.

jeetbzzh offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this Section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over this general Section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your jeetbzzh account are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement applied to bonus amounts is 30x (thirty times) the bonus value. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment; games excluded from contribution will be clearly indicated in the promotion terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and may be claimed once per eligible Player.
• jeetbzzh reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire a bonus at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or manipulation.
• Placing wagers on both sides of a market (arbitrage betting) or using any strategy that jeetbzzh determines to be designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling intent constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.
• Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in each promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.

Free Spins

Free spins, where awarded as part of a promotion, are valid on the specific game(s) and at the specific stake value stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal. Free spins expire within the validity period stated in the promotion.

As a registered Player on jeetbzzh, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or match-fixing in sports betting.
• Technical manipulation: Using software, bots, scripts, exploits, or any automated system to interact with the jeetbzzh platform in a manner not intended for human Players.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets, or systematically extracting bonus value through low-risk or risk-free strategies not consistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward jeetbzzh staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Money laundering: Using jeetbzzh to process, transfer, or conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain access to another Player's account, the platform's backend systems, or any administrative interface not publicly available.

jeetbzzh employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, jeetbzzh may take immediate action including account suspension, permanent closure, and withholding of funds pending investigation. All confirmed cases of fraud or financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your jeetbzzh account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email at support@jeetbzzh. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of submission.

Closure for Responsible Gaming Purposes

If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure, jeetbzzh offers self-exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to review the full range of tools available under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Involuntary Suspension or Closure by jeetbzzh

jeetbzzh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or age information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• Discovery that the account is held by or operated by a person under 18 years of age.
• Instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed by jeetbzzh due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance — including real-money funds and bonus balances — may be withheld or forfeited, subject to the findings of jeetbzzh's internal investigation and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetbzzh, its directors, officers, employees, technology partners, and content providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the jeetbzzh platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through the use of the platform's casino or sportsbook products.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services for any reason.
• Errors, delays, or inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or account balance displays resulting from technical faults, provided that jeetbzzh corrects the error within a reasonable timeframe.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Loss of data or content stored in connection with your account.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers that affect deposit or withdrawal processing times.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and jeetbzzh arising from the use of the platform, you agree to first contact jeetbzzh customer support to seek resolution informally. The support team is available 24/7 via Live Chat or at support@jeetbzzh. jeetbzzh will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating any formal proceedings.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable consumer protection legislation.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. jeetbzzh reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be accessible at /terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
